Istana Bambu is a paddy-field concept restaurant serving fresh seafood and Nusantara cuisine within the traditional comfort of a bamboo village. The restaurant’s structure including every furniture and fixtures are 95 per cent built by using treated bamboo trees and other natural materials. Istana Bambu prides in itself as the most environmental-friendly restaurant in the Klang Valley. It is also has a paddy field that enhances the ambience of the restaurant even more. Istana Bambu Restaurant offers Chinese-style Seafood delicacies, Nusantara Malay Traditional cooking and Western cuisine. The food is served either in the dining hall or the individual gazebos, which together can hold up to 450 persons at any one time. In addition, an air-conditioned seminar room with a projector screen that can comfortably accommodate 30 people is also available. For patrons who love the Internet, it is a Wi-Fi hotspot.
